Phyllis Tibbils

Phyllis Tibbils (nee Steinberg), of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Monday, February 16th, 2026, at the age of 81. She is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Tibbils; loving son, Bradley Tibbils; caring siblings, Edward (Diane) Steinberg and Florine Harber, and sister-in-law Ruthye Steinberg. She was predeceased by her caring brothers, Emanuel Steinberg and Bernard Steinberg; and her dear parents, Fanny and Samuel Steinberg.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, February 22nd, 2026, at 10:30 am. Interment Oheb Shalom Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be in mourning at 12204 Faulkner Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following interment with a shiva service at 7:00 PM.
