Richard Blackwell, of Reisterstown, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at the age of 81. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Blackwell (nee Sobol); loving daughters, Melissa (Andrew Marsh) Blackwell and Rachael (Chad) Berman; and cherished grandchildren, Theo Marsh, Brody Berman, Liam Berman and Nolan Berman. Richard was predeceased by his dear parents, Evelyn and Bill Blackwell.
Services and interment are private. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Parkinson's Foundation, 5757 Waterford District Drive, Suite 310, Miami, FL 33126. The family will be in mourning on Tuesday, September 8 at 3021 Seneca Chief Trail, Ellicott City, MD 21042, beginning at 2pm, with a service at 7pm.
