Sandra Gordon

Sandra B. Gordon (nee Bukowitz), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at the age of 87. She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael I. Gordon; children, Charles Gordon and Jacalyn (David) Ginsburg; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Bukowitz and Evelyn Fink; and grandchildren, Roxanne Krafchick, Margot Gordon, Theodore Ginsburg, and Adam Ginsburg. She was predeceased by her siblings, Marvin (Anne) Bukowitz and Moritz Bukowitz; brother-in-law, Albert Fink and her parents, Ben and Etta Bukowitz.

Sandra had many passions throughout her life. She spent much of her time volunteering at the Maryland Science Center, and would give generously to animal-focused charities. Sandra enjoyed traveling the world with her husband of nearly 65 years. May her memory be a blessing always.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, February 20th, 2026, at 1:30 pm. Interment Hebrew Young Men's Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to The Texas A&M Stevenson Companion Animal Life-Care Center, 4461 TAMU, College Station, TX 77843. The family will be in mourning at 5 Glencliffe Circle, Baltimore, Maryland 21208, Immediately following interment on Friday. The family will continue to sit shiva on Saturday evening with a service at 7pm, on Sunday with services at 10am and 7pm, and on Monday evening with a service at 7pm.
