Sheri Ellen Ruth Ringer, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026, at the age of 69. She is survived by her loving brother, Joel (Melanie) Ringer; cherished niece and nephew, Kelly Ringer (Ryan Bannon), Eli Ringer; and her adored great-niece, Cora Bannon. She was predeceased by her devoted parents, Charlotte and Eli Ringer.
