Stuart Lawrence Scarino, of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the age of 75. He is survived by his brother Richard F. Scarino. Stuart was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mildred and John Scarino and by his sister Gayle Zier.
