Sylvia Singer (Fink)

Sylvia Singer (nee Fink), of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, at the age of 101. She is survived by her loving children, Arlene (Late Tom) Feustel, Jacki Bank (Late Mark Weinberg), and Rabbi Yosef "Jeffrey" Singer; and her many adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Morris Singer, her cherished daughter, Betsy Trinter; her devoted sister, Bebe Spiegel; and her loving parents, Anna and Jacob Fink.

She was a well loved piano teacher and accomplished pianist, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was known for her positive outlook on life and the ability to find the good in everyone. Her smile was contagious, and you couldn’t help but love her as soon as you saw her. She will be deeply missed.

Services at United Hebrew Cemetery 3901 Washington Blvd Halethorpe, MD 21227, on Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Interment United Hebrew Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be in mourning at two locations, 3401 Seven Mile Lane, Pikesville, Maryland 21208, Sunday through Friday with services at 7:45am and 8pm each day except Friday evening.The family will take a break from receiving from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm and then again from 5:30-7:30pm. The family also will be sitting at 726 Emerald Way, Odenton, MD 21113, on Monday and Tuesday from 11am until 3pm, and continuing at 6pm.
