Walter Reed Foster

Walter Reed Foster, of Ellicott City, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, at the age of 77. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Beverly Pariser-Foster; his devoted daughter, Rebecca (Russell) Fecteau; cherished siblings, Anita Tessier, Roy (Catherine) Foster, Elizabeth Foster, Lucille Prince, Pam (Billy) Samuels, William White, and Shirley (Eddie) House; adored grandchildren, Sidney Isabella Fecteau and Jacob Foster Fecteau; his loving sister-in-law, Bryna (Robert) Groveston; and 26 loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Mabel and Roy Foster.

Walter was a loving and loved husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Services at Temple Isaiah, 12200 Scaggsville Road Fulton, MD 20759, on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, at 10:00 am. Interment Columbia Memorial Park. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Prostate Cancer Foundation. The family will be in mourning at 11069 Doxberry Circle, Woodstock, Maryland 21163, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, immediately following interment.
