Obituary
Rav Yehudah Bukspan, of Los Angeles, California, passed away on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at the age of 90. He is survived by his devoted wife, Chana Leah Bukspan (nee Marder); cherished children, Leeba (Boruch) Braun, Gilda (Shlomo) Naiman, Rabbi Avraham Bukspan, and Zvi Hirsh (Batya) Bukspan; cherished siblings, Esther Pelberg and Hadassah Herzog; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings, Gevanah Goldhirsh (Israel), Debby Broder (Israel), and Sara Schachter; and his parents, Harav Avraham and Rivka Bukspan.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, July 17th, 2026, at 11am. Interment Chevra Ahavas Chesed Cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Ner Israel Rabbinical College. The family will be sitting shivah at the home of the Naimans: 3302 W. Strathmore Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215, Sunday through Wednesday.
