Yelena Son (Volkomich)

Yelena Son (nee Volkomich), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, at the age of 77. She is survived by her loving husband, Sholaum Son; her adored children, Elana (Dr. Allan) Schulman, Aviva (Scott) Glidewell, and David (Lauren) Son; her cherished brother, Michael (Ida) Volkomich; and her devoted grandchildren, Corey Schulman, Noah Schulman, Olivia Glidewell, Audrey Glidewell, and Reagan Son. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Asya and Isaak Volkomich.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, September 28th, 2025, at 1:30 pm. Interment, Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. The family will be in mourning at the family residence, 6937 Copperbend Lane, Baltimore, MD 21209, on Sunday only.
